And despite all the "bad stuff" we hear about teenagers, Shawn and I are looking forward to the teenage years - seeing our kids grow from children to young adults. God has created each of them with a specific purpose and plan and we have great anticipation of seeing that plan worked out in their lives.
However, we are not NAIVE. We do know there will be challenges and tears and difficult times with all three of our kids. But we know, with the Lord in our lives, He will never allow us to experience anything that is not for our good and for His Glory!
Enjoy the pics below. Josh had 5 of his friends over on Saturday the 29th to go swimming and have fun at a local state park. Then we enjoyed pizza and cake and goodies at home. It was a great time to celebrate the live of our son, Joshua!!
