Amazing!! Baby's First Breath - Can this be explained by "random selection"?

Shawn and I are frequently discussing things about Creation vs. Evolution with our kids. You don't have to MAKE UP ideas to get a discussion going --- everyday life gives you plenty of opportunities!

Well, tonight we had a discussion related to how complex the human body is -- and specifically how the pre-natal circulatory system undergoes AMAZING changes in the few minutes after the baby is born! I cannot fathom how a person could intelligently look at the remarkable and quick way that things change and truly believe that all that happened by "random selection"!!

Found two great things that can help folks understand this. The first link below is to a great article about a baby's first breath outside the womb and everything that happens in order for this to occur so "naturally":

Made in His Image: Baby's First Breath

The second item is this video from YouTube. It explains in some detail as well how things are different in the circulatory system before and after birth as well as the changes that happen so quickly just after birth that allow a baby to survive outside the womb.
