Shawn and I would like to thank you all so much for PRAYING FOR US during out time off this summer for our Sabbatical. We were asking you to pray for 3 things as we asked God for those as well—and He was faithful as He always is! 1) We did have some great uninterrupted times with Him during out time off. 2) We also felt we were truly able to let go or the ministry side of things for this time—although we did have to do some “ministry stuff” along the way, it was a joy and not a burden. And 3) we were able, by God’s grace, to make some good memories together as a family. It was a VERY RELAXED time away!! We thank God for providing this needed time of rest!!
