Josh's 16th birthday!!

 16!  How can Shawn and I be OLD ENOUGH to have a 16 year old??!! 

Well, it is true!  Our oldest son, Josh celebrated his 16th birthday on Thursday of last week with a couple of friends (see picture). They played games, ate pizza and "birthay pie" on Thursday before going to Greer's Ferry Lake for some cliff diving on Friday - adding Josh's other friend, Jesse, to bunch.  It was a lot of fun for everyone!

As parents, it is unbelievable how fast our kids are growing up.  Josh is a JUNIOR in high school and Sarah a Freshman with Caleb starting the 7th grade!  Having 2 teens and a third "nearly teen" really helps us understand how much WE NEED GOD'S HELP as parents.  As you read this, please say a prayer for us to HEAR and FOLLOW GOD"S WISDOM alone with our kids AND that we will have the joy of seeing all three of them "walk in His Truth"!!
